WHO WE ARE

We are a Family Medicine Clinic using In Office Visits, and  DOT Physicals to make patients as comfortable as possible when seeking care.


Shannon Putman APRN  FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience, mostly in the Emergency Room and is well equipped to deal with illness, injury or routine physical exams. She has lived her entire life in Searcy and is invested in the wellness of the community.

This offer is for ONLY the office visit fee & does not include the medication. It will be a 6 month program for the cost of only 5 months. We have partnered with Care Credit & offer a payment plan through them which offers Deferred Interest/No Interest options.


 ** Each patient MUST be seen by our provider every 28-30 days. We also offer telehealth visits for months 2, 3, 4 and 5 ONLY. The patient MUST be seen in office the 1st & 6th month visits. If you choose to continue the weight loss program, we will discuss the continuing visits during your 6th month visit. If you have any questions or concerns, please know we are here to assist.
